One. Warranty

3, due to the defects in the design or manufacture of the damaged products, not the normal use of harsh, Caesar is responsible for the maintenance, maintenance can not return.

4, human factors and irresistible factors caused by the product cannot be used, also responsible for the maintenance of strict. The expenses incurred during the period are taken by the client or negotiated by both parties.


Two, product failure solution in the period of quality assurance

1, communicate with the site engineer by telephone to help solve the trouble.

2, can not solve the telephone, the customer can be sent back at strict maintenance products.

3, the product cannot be sent back for repairs, the development of new products to the Kaiser harsh field replacement. The problem products back to my company, the test is the product quality problems, at the expense of the harsh. If it is not a quality problem, the cost of the new product will be borne by the customer before.
