In view of the problems in the safety management of high-risk equipment and facilities under the supervision of petrochina, such as the lack of targeted detection and evaluation technology system for high-pressure and static equipment of high-risk oil and gas treatment devices, the lack of whole-life integrity risk assessment method for high-risk wellhead devices, and the low accuracy of safety grade assessment for compressor equipment, Southwest Oil and Gas Field Company and Xinjiang Oil Field Company jointly carried out technical research. Successfully created key technologies for the detection and evaluation of high-risk devices in oil and gas fields, which accepted and authorized 19 national invention patents and utility model patents, published more than 20 academic papers including SCI, obtained 4 software Copyrights, and issued 7 enterprise standards.
In recent years, the technical achievements have been applied in 12 major production units, such as Tarim Oilfield, Changqing Oilfield, Southwest Oil and gas Field, Xinjiang Oilfield and Daqing Oilfield, and more than 2,600 sets of wellhead devices, treatment devices, high-sulfur stations, gas storage gathering stations and boost stations, and a total of more than 80,000 inherent safety hidden problems have been found. It has realized the safe, economic and stable operation of the high-risk device of "wellhead - treatment device - compression system" in oil and gas fields, greatly reduced unplanned downtime, played an important role in guaranteeing local economic construction and social stability, and achieved outstanding economic and social benefits.
