Recently, the Ministry of industry and information technology issued the No. 23 document in 2018, approving 594 industry standards and 63 industry measurement technical specifications. Among them, 4 valve industry standards will be implemented in December 1st, and 1 water metering technical specifications will be implemented in July 1st.

The reporter learned that in the 594 industry standards approved, there are 43 chemical industry standards, including the "technical conditions of valve pneumatic device", "thermal insulation jacket valve", "copper float type automatic exhaust valve", "liquefied natural gas axial flow check valve", 4 chemical valve industry standards. Of the 63 metrological technical specifications approved for industry, including the standard for the calibration of the pump comprehensive performance test bench and the standard for the calibration of the propane combustion performance test device in the conveyor belt, and other 6 petrochemical industry metrology specifications.


The technical conditions for valve pneumatic device stipulate the terminology and definition of the valve pneumatic device, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging and storage. The standard is suitable for working pressure 0.4MPa~0.7MPa, working environment temperature -20 C ~60 C, air or dry air or nitrogen or other compressible gas (not containing corrosive gas, solvent or other liquid), a straight travel pneumatic device for linear motion and angular travel for rotary motion. The movable device is not suitable for the film type pneumatic device.


"Insulation jacket valve" stipulates the terms and definitions, structural types, technical requirements, thermal insulation jacket materials, test and inspection methods, inspection rules and requirements for supply of the valves for insulation jacket valves. The standard applies to the nominal pressure PN16~PN160, nominal size DN15~DN600 of the thermal jacketed gate valve, globe valve, check valve, ball valve and butterfly valve. Other specifications and types of thermal jacketed valves can be referenced.


"Copper float type automatic exhaust valve" stipulates the structure type, technical requirement, material, test and inspection method, test rules, marking and protection, packing and storage and transportation of copper float type automatic exhaust valve. The standard is suitable for the exhaust valves of the system, such as the nominal pressure is not more than PN16, the nominal size is DN8~DN25, the working temperature is -20 C ~110 C, the working medium is water or the heat pump of the glycol solution with the concentration less than 30% of the ethylene glycol solution.

The axial flow check valve of liquefied natural gas provides the structure type, technical requirements, inspection and test methods, inspection rules, marking and protection, packaging and storage and transportation of the axial flow check valves of liquefied natural gas. The standard applies to the nominal pressure PN16~PN250, nominal size DN50~DN600, the working medium is liquefied natural gas flange and welded connection axial flow check valve. Other cryogenic axial check valves with temperatures above -162 degrees can also be referenced.

The calibration specification for the pump comprehensive performance test rig stipulates the measurement characteristics, calibration conditions, calibration equipment and calibration methods for the pump comprehensive performance test rig. It is suitable for tracing the quantity of the pump comprehensive performance test bench which is powered by the motor, and other dynamic forms can be carried out.
